При написании адреса на конверте необходимо указать полную и точную информацию как о получателе, так и об отправителе. Это нужно для того, чтобы письмо было успешно доставлено. Адрес пишется в определенном порядке.
Кому
В этой строке указывается полное имя получателя письма: фамилия, имя и отчество (при наличии). Имя пишется в дательном падеже. Например: Иванову Ивану Ивановичу.
Куда
Здесь пишется полный почтовый адрес получателя в строгой последовательности:
1. Улица, номер дома, номер корпуса (если есть), номер квартиры.
2. Населённый пункт (город, посёлок, деревня).
3. Район, область, край или республика.
4. Страна (обязательно для международных отправлений).
Например: ул. Лесная, д. 5, кв. 10, г. Иркутск, Иркутская область, Россия.
Индекс
В нижней части конверта в специально отведённых ячейках (кодовом штампе) необходимо аккуратно по образцу написать шестизначный почтовый индекс. Он соответствует почтовому отделению, которое обслуживает адрес получателя, и очень важен для автоматической сортировки писем.
От кого
В этой строке указывается полное имя отправителя: фамилия, имя и отчество. Эта информация нужна для того, чтобы письмо можно было вернуть, если оно не будет доставлено адресату.
Откуда
Здесь указывается полный почтовый адрес отправителя в той же последовательности, что и адрес получателя. Также необходимо указать индекс отправителя (обычно для него тоже есть специальные ячейки в левом верхнем углу).
