О каких важных умениях в них говорится?
В этих пословицах говорится о важных умениях, связанных с речью и мышлением. Это умение думать, прежде чем говорить («Сначала подумай, а потом говори»); умение внимательно слушать собеседника, что считается даже более ценным, чем говорить («Кто говорит, тот сеет; кто слушает, тот пожинает»); умение осмысленно писать, вкладывая в текст мысль («Пишут не пером, а умом»); а также умение читать вдумчиво, чтобы понимать смысл прочитанного, а не просто пробегать текст глазами («Читает — летает, да ничего не понимает»).
Спишите любую из пословиц.

С какой буквы начнёте писать предложение?
Согласно правилам русского языка, любое предложение необходимо начинать с заглавной (большой) буквы. В данном случае это будет буква «П».
Что поставите в конце?
В конце предложения нужно поставить знак препинания, который завершает мысль. Так как эта пословица является повествовательным предложением, в конце ставится точка (.).
