I think modern technologies, like my smartphone, have a more positive impact on me overall. I find my smartphone very useful because I can quickly look up information for school projects and talk to my friends. It's good for me because it helps me learn and stay connected. On the other hand, sometimes I spend too much time on social media when I could be reading a book or helping my parents. If I didn't have my phone, I would probably have more free time for hobbies, but it would be much harder to do my homework.
