полностью свободным от выбросов. Ядерная энергетика также несет ответственность за выхлопы CO<sub>2</sub>. Например, во время добычи, транспортировки и переработки урана. </p> <p> АЭС генерирует опасные изотопы, которых не существует без атомной энергетики: плутоний - 129, йод - 129, нептуний - 237, технеций-99. Аргументы против развития атомной энергетики:
- АЭС - это дорого
Стоимость киловатта энергии за час у АЭС равен 0,18 долларов США.
Стоимость киловатта энергии за час у ветряной электростанции - 0,039 долларов США.
Стоимость киловатта энергии за час у солнечной электростанции - 0,057 долларов США.
- АЭС - не чистая энергия
Ни один источник энергии не является полностью свободным от выбросов. Ядерная энергетика также несет ответственность за выхлопы CO2. Например, во время добычи, транспортировки и переработки урана.
АЭС генерирует опасные изотопы, которых не существует без атомной энергетики: плутоний - 129, йод - 129, нептуний - 237, технеций-99. Они будут отравлять биосферу в течении следующих тысяч лет.
- АЭС наносит вред здоровью
Есть также исследования, подтверждающие, что у детей до пяти лет, которые проживают в радиусе пяти километров от немецких безаварийных АЭС, лейкемия встречается 2,2 раза чаще, а другие виды рака в 1,6 раза чаще.
- Уязвимость перед атаками
АЭС - легкая мишень для террористических угроз, непреднамеренных авиакатастроф, кибератак, военных действий и природных катаклизмов. Имея радиоактивные материалы, они не рассчитаны на такого рода атаки и удары.
Аргументы за развитие атомной энергетики:
- АЭС - важный этап перехода к чистой энергетике
Несмотря на развитие солнечной и ветряной энергетики, доля низкоуглеродных источников составляет всего 36 % от общего объема поставок (данные 2018 года). Это происходит из-за спада атомной энергетики. Остановка этого спада может иметь важное значение в снижении выбросов CO2 и перехода на зеленую энергию.
- АЭС - стабильная энергия
АЭС работают на полную мощность практически непрерывно, тем самым обеспечивают стабильность электрических сетей. В свою очередь, станции ВИЭ зависят от погоды и времени суток.
- Технологии АЭС развиваются
Со времен катастрофы на Чернобыльской АЭС прошло много времени, и технологии с тех пор шагнули намного дальше. Последняя крупная авария произошла в Фукусиме в 2011 году, но причиной послужил не человеческий фактор и несовершенство технологий, а землетрясение и цунами.
