В этом стихотворении встречаются два имени прилагательных: «необъятной» и «зелёной». Чтобы определить их падеж, нужно найти существительное, к которому относится каждое прилагательное, и задать от него вопрос.
1. (Над) Русью (какой?) необъятной. Прилагательное «необъятной» согласуется с существительным «Русью», которое стоит в творительном падеже (употреблено с предлогом «над», отвечает на вопрос «чем?»). Следовательно, прилагательное необъятной стоит в творительном падеже (Т.п.).
2. (В) вышине (какой?) зелёной. Прилагательное «зелёной» согласуется с существительным «вышине», которое стоит в предложном падеже (употреблено с предлогом «в», отвечает на вопрос «в чём?»). Следовательно, прилагательное зелёной стоит в предложном падеже (П.п.).
