"<p><strong>Решение</strong></p><p>Это явление объясняется силами межмолекулярного взаимодействия и увеличением массы частиц пыли после того, как они намокают.</p><p>В сухую погоду частицы пыли на дороге представляют собой мелкие, лёгкие и не связанные друг с другом твёрдые тела. Сила их сцепления с поверхностью дороги и друг с другом очень мала. Поэтому даже слабого потока воздуха, создаваемого ветром или проезжающим автомобилем, достаточно, чтобы преодолеть силу тяжести и поднять их в воздух.</p><p>Когда проходит дождь, капли воды смачивают пылинки. Между молекулами воды и частицами пыли возникают силы молекулярного притяжения — силы адгезии (прилипания). Кроме того, действуют силы когезии — притяжение между самими молекулами воды. В результате вода образует тонкие плёнки и капиллярные мостики, которые действуют как клей, связывая частицы пыли между собой и с поверхностью дороги.</p><p>Таким образом, после дождя пыль не поднимается по двум основным причинам:<br>1. Масса каждой отдельной частицы пыли увеличивается за счет массы прилипшей к ней воды. Более тяжёлые частицы поднять сложнее.<br>2. Силы межмолекулярного притяжения "склеивают" пылинки в более крупные и тяжёлые агрегаты, которые прочно удерживаются на поверхности дороги. Чтобы оторвать такой влажный комок пыли от земли, требуется приложить значительно большую силу, чем для одной сухой пылинки.
