Ноги зимой больше мёрзнут в тесной обуви. Это обусловлено двумя основными физическими и физиологическими процессами: теплоизоляцией и кровообращением.
В просторной обуви между ногой (в носке) и внутренней поверхностью ботинка образуется воздушная прослойка. Воздух является очень плохим проводником тепла, то есть хорошим теплоизолятором. Эта неподвижная воздушная прослойка значительно замедляет процесс отдачи тепла от ноги к холодной внешней среде. Кроме того, свободная обувь не мешает нормальному кровообращению. Кровь, циркулируя, постоянно доставляет тепло к конечностям, согревая их изнутри.
В тесной обуви ситуация обратная. Во-первых, она сдавливает стопу и кровеносные сосуды. Это приводит к нарушению кровообращения, из-за чего приток теплой крови к ногам уменьшается. В результате внутренний обогрев ног организмом ослабевает, и они быстро остывают. Во-вторых, в тесной обуви практически отсутствует теплоизолирующая воздушная прослойка. Нога плотно контактирует с материалом обуви, что ускоряет потерю тепла через прямую теплопроводность. Также сдавливаются утеплитель обуви и носок, что уменьшает их толщину и теплоизолирующие свойства.
Таким образом, решающим фактором является сочетание ухудшенной теплоизоляции и нарушенного кровообращения в тесной обуви.
Ответ: ноги больше мёрзнут в тесной обуви.
