Четырехтактный двигатель внутреннего сгорания (ДВС) работает в цикле, состоящем из четырех тактов, то есть четырех ходов поршня. Для правильной работы двигателя необходимо своевременное открытие и закрытие впускного и выпускного клапанов. Рассмотрим каждый такт отдельно:
- Такт 1: Впуск. Поршень движется вниз, создавая разрежение в цилиндре. Впускной клапан открывается, и в цилиндр засасывается горючая смесь (смесь воздуха и топлива). Выпускной клапан в это время закрыт.
- Такт 2: Сжатие. Поршень начинает двигаться вверх. Впускной клапан закрывается. Оба клапана, впускной и выпускной, закрыты. Поршень сжимает горючую смесь, в результате чего ее давление и температура значительно возрастают.
- Такт 3: Рабочий ход (сгорание и расширение). В момент, когда поршень достигает верхней точки, свеча зажигания подает искру, которая воспламеняет сжатую горючую смесь. Происходит взрывоподобное сгорание, и образовавшиеся газы с огромной силой толкают поршень вниз. Это единственный такт, в ходе которого двигатель совершает полезную работу. Чтобы энергия газов была использована максимально эффективно, камера сгорания должна быть герметична, поэтому оба клапана закрыты.
- Такт 4: Выпуск. Поршень, достигнув нижней точки, снова начинает двигаться вверх. В этот момент открывается выпускной клапан, а впускной остается закрытым. Поршень выталкивает отработавшие газы из цилиндра.
Из описания цикла видно, что для обеспечения сжатия смеси и совершения полезной работы необходимо, чтобы камера сгорания была герметичной.
Ответ: Оба клапана закрыты во время второго такта (сжатие) и третьего такта (рабочий ход).
