Un groupe de collégiens français a fait un grand voyage à bord d'un voilier. Pendant un an, cela a été leur école. Partager la vie des Indiens d'Amazonie, étudier les îles Bahamas, traverser l'Atlantique à la voile, avec pour compagnons des dauphins et des cachalots, — cela a été une aventure extraordinaire!
Animateur: Eh bien, vous voilà rentrés de votre voyage. Un an en bateau, c'est incroyable ! Quand est-ce que votre voyage a commencé ?
Delphine: ... L'aventure a commencé le 31 août, en Guyane française. Ce jour-là, nous sommes montés à bord de Fleur de Lampaul, notre bateau.
Animateur: La rentrée des classes en mer ! Ce n'est pas banal !
Delphine: Ah oui, vous avez raison. Bon... ... . En Guyane, l'expédition a commencé par l'étude de la forêt amazonienne. Ensuite, nous sommes allés jusqu'au Panama. Là, nous avons rencontré de vrais Indiens qui nous ont appris les techniques de pêche et de chasse.
Animateur: ... Est-ce que les jeunes Indiens s'habillent comme vous, les jeunes Français ?
Delphine: Je trouve que je parle trop. ... à Sophie.
Sophie: Justement, les gens là-bas commencent à perdre leur culture. Les jeunes s'habillent à l'occidentale : jeans et tee-shirts.
Animateur: La vie des jeunes Indiens ne doit pas être facile !
Anne-Claire: ..., il y a beaucoup de jeunes qui pêchent pour vendre ensuite leurs poissons en ville et gagner un peu d'argent. Ils aident leurs parents à acheter le nécessaire.
