Да, два таких треугольника будут равными.
Рассмотрим два треугольника, назовем их $\triangle ABC$ и $\triangle A_1B_1C_1$. Условие "каждой стороне одного треугольника равна некоторая сторона другого треугольника" означает, что набор длин сторон первого треугольника (длины отрезков $AB$, $BC$, $AC$) совпадает с набором длин сторон второго треугольника (длины отрезков $A_1B_1$, $B_1C_1$, $A_1C_1$).
