Периметр треугольника $CAD$ равен сумме длин его сторон: $P_{CAD} = CA + AD + CD$.
Из условия задачи нам известны длины двух сторон: $AC = 8$ см и $AD = 9$ см. Необходимо найти длину стороны $CD$.
Рассмотрим параллельные прямые $BC$ и $AD$ и секущую $AC$. Углы $\angle BCA$ и $\angle CAD$ являются накрест лежащими углами, следовательно, они равны:
$\angle BCA = \angle CAD$.
По условию, луч $CA$ является биссектрисой угла $BCD$. Это означает, что он делит угол на две равные части:
$\angle BCA = \angle ACD$.
Из этих двух равенств следует, что:
$\angle CAD = \angle ACD$.
Рассмотрим треугольник $CAD$. Так как два его угла ($\angle CAD$ и $\angle ACD$) равны, то треугольник $CAD$ является равнобедренным с основанием $AC$. В равнобедренном треугольнике боковые стороны, лежащие напротив равных углов, равны. Следовательно, $CD = AD$.
Поскольку $AD = 9$ см, то и $CD = 9$ см.
Теперь мы можем вычислить периметр треугольника $CAD$:
$P_{CAD} = AC + AD + CD = 8 + 9 + 9 = 26$ см.
