Пусть дана прямая $l$ и точка $M$ на этой прямой. Мы ищем геометрическое место центров всех окружностей, которые касаются прямой $l$ в точке $M$.
1. Рассмотрим любую окружность с центром в точке $O$ и радиусом $R$, которая касается прямой $l$ в точке $M$. Согласно свойству касательной к окружности, радиус, проведенный в точку касания, перпендикулярен касательной. Следовательно, радиус $OM$ перпендикулярен прямой $l$. Это означает, что центр $O$ должен лежать на прямой, проходящей через точку $M$ и перпендикулярной прямой $l$. Обозначим эту перпендикулярную прямую как $p$. Таким образом, любая искомая точка принадлежит прямой $p$.
2. Теперь докажем обратное. Возьмем любую точку $O'$ на прямой $p$, отличную от точки $M$. Построим окружность с центром в точке $O'$ и радиусом, равным длине отрезка $O'M$ (то есть $R' = |O'M|$). Поскольку точка $O'$ лежит на прямой $p$, которая перпендикулярна прямой $l$ и проходит через точку $M$, то радиус $O'M$ перпендикулярен прямой $l$. По признаку касательной, если прямая ($l$) проходит через точку на окружности ($M$) и перпендикулярна радиусу, проведенному в эту точку ($O'M$), то эта прямая является касательной к окружности. Значит, любая точка на прямой $p$ (кроме самой точки $M$, так как в этом случае радиус окружности был бы равен нулю) является центром окружности, удовлетворяющей условию задачи.
Таким образом, искомое геометрическое место точек — это совокупность всех точек прямой $p$, за исключением точки $M$.
Ответ: прямая, перпендикулярная данной прямой и проходящая через данную точку, за исключением самой данной точки.
