Для решения задачи воспользуемся свойством касательных, проведенных к окружности из одной точки. Согласно этому свойству, отрезки касательных, проведенных из одной вершины к точкам касания, равны.
Рассмотрим вершины треугольника $ABC$:
1. Из вершины $A$ проведены касательные к точкам $M$ и $E$. Следовательно, $AE = AM$. По условию $AM = 8$ см, значит, $AE = 8$ см.
2. Из вершины $B$ проведены касательные к точкам $M$ и $K$. Следовательно, $BM = BK$. По условию $BK = 2$ см, значит, $BM = 2$ см.
3. Из вершины $C$ проведены касательные к точкам $K$ и $E$. Следовательно, $CE = CK$. По условию $KC = 4$ см, значит, $CE = 4$ см.
Теперь мы можем найти длины сторон треугольника $ABC$:
- Сторона $AB$ является суммой отрезков $AM$ и $BM$:
$AB = AM + BM = 8 \text{ см} + 2 \text{ см} = 10 \text{ см}$.
- Сторона $BC$ является суммой отрезков $BK$ и $KC$:
$BC = BK + KC = 2 \text{ см} + 4 \text{ см} = 6 \text{ см}$.
- Сторона $AC$ является суммой отрезков $AE$ и $CE$:
$AC = AE + CE = 8 \text{ см} + 4 \text{ см} = 12 \text{ см}$.
Периметр треугольника — это сумма длин всех его сторон. Найдем периметр треугольника $ABC$:
$P_{ABC} = AB + BC + AC = 10 \text{ см} + 6 \text{ см} + 12 \text{ см} = 28 \text{ см}$.
Ответ: 28 см.
