Для решения задачи введем переменные:
- $S$ – начальное расстояние между пешеходом и велосипедистом, $S = 60$ км.
- $v_п$ – скорость пешехода, $v_п = 4$ км/ч.
- $v_в$ – искомая скорость велосипедиста (в км/ч).
- $t$ – время до встречи.
По условию, встреча должна произойти не позже чем через 3 часа после начала движения. Это означает, что время до встречи $t$ должно быть меньше или равно 3 часам:
$t \le 3$ ч
Поскольку пешеход и велосипедист движутся навстречу друг другу, их скорость сближения $v_{сбл}$ равна сумме их скоростей:
$v_{сбл} = v_п + v_в = 4 + v_в$
Время, через которое они встретятся, можно найти по формуле: $t = \frac{S}{v_{сбл}}$. Подставим известные значения:
