1) Для возведения в квадрат выражения $(a^{-2} + \frac{1}{2})^2$ воспользуемся формулой сокращенного умножения для квадрата суммы: $(x+y)^2 = x^2 + 2xy + y^2$.
В нашем случае $x = a^{-2}$ и $y = \frac{1}{2}$.
Подставим эти значения в формулу:
$(a^{-2} + \frac{1}{2})^2 = (a^{-2})^2 + 2 \cdot a^{-2} \cdot \frac{1}{2} + (\frac{1}{2})^2$
Теперь упростим каждый член выражения:
$(a^{-2})^2 = a^{-2 \cdot 2} = a^{-4}$
$2 \cdot a^{-2} \cdot \frac{1}{2} = a^{-2}$
$(\frac{1}{2})^2 = \frac{1}{4}$
