б) Сравним числа $a = \sqrt{11} - \sqrt{10}$ и $b = \sqrt{6} - \sqrt{5}$.
Оба числа положительны. Рассмотрим функцию $f(x) = \sqrt{x+1} - \sqrt{x}$ при $x > 0$.
Преобразуем выражение для функции, домножив и разделив на сопряженное выражение:
$f(x) = \frac{(\sqrt{x+1} - \sqrt{x})(\sqrt{x+1} + \sqrt{x})}{\sqrt{x+1} + \sqrt{x}} = \frac{(x+1) - x}{\sqrt{x+1} + \sqrt{x}} = \frac{1}{\sqrt{x+1} + \sqrt{x}}$.
С увеличением $x$, знаменатель $\sqrt{x+1} + \sqrt{x}$ увеличивается, следовательно, значение дроби уменьшается. Таким образом, функция $f(x)$ является убывающей.
Наши числа можно представить в виде значений этой функции:
$a = \sqrt{11} - \sqrt{10} = f(10)$.
$b = \sqrt{6} - \sqrt{5} = f(5)$.
Поскольку $10 > 5$ и функция $f(x)$ убывающая, то $f(10) < f(5)$.
Следовательно, $a < b$.
Ответ: $a < b$.
в) Сравним числа $a = \sqrt{17} - \sqrt{15}$ и $b = \sqrt{7} - \sqrt{5}$.
Оба числа положительны. Преобразуем оба выражения, домножив и разделив на сопряженные им выражения:
$a = \sqrt{17} - \sqrt{15} = \frac{(\sqrt{17} - \sqrt{15})(\sqrt{17} + \sqrt{15})}{\sqrt{17} + \sqrt{15}} = \frac{17-15}{\sqrt{17} + \sqrt{15}} = \frac{2}{\sqrt{17} + \sqrt{15}}$.
$b = \sqrt{7} - \sqrt{5} = \frac{(\sqrt{7} - \sqrt{5})(\sqrt{7} + \sqrt{5})}{\sqrt{7} + \sqrt{5}} = \frac{7-5}{\sqrt{7} + \sqrt{5}} = \frac{2}{\sqrt{7} + \sqrt{5}}$.
Теперь нам нужно сравнить две дроби с одинаковыми числителями (равными 2). Та дробь будет меньше, у которой знаменатель больше.
Сравним знаменатели: $\sqrt{17} + \sqrt{15}$ и $\sqrt{7} + \sqrt{5}$.
Так как $17 > 7$, то $\sqrt{17} > \sqrt{7}$.
Так как $15 > 5$, то $\sqrt{15} > \sqrt{5}$.
Складывая эти два неравенства, получаем: $\sqrt{17} + \sqrt{15} > \sqrt{7} + \sqrt{5}$.

г) Сравним числа $a = \sqrt{10} - \sqrt{7}$ и $b = \sqrt{11} - \sqrt{6}$.

Следовательно, $a^2 < b^2$. Так как $a$ и $b$ положительны, отсюда следует, что $a < b$.
Ответ: $a < b$.
