1. Упрощение числителя: $a^2 - 4b^2 - 5a + 10b$.
Сгруппируем слагаемые: $(a^2 - 4b^2) + (-5a + 10b)$.
Применим к первой скобке формулу разности квадратов $x^2 - y^2 = (x - y)(x + y)$, а из второй вынесем общий множитель $-5$:
$(a - 2b)(a + 2b) - 5(a - 2b)$.
