4. Основными источниками поступления витаминов в организм человека являются:
1. Пища. Большинство витаминов поступает с продуктами растительного (фрукты, овощи, злаки) и животного (мясо, рыба, молочные продукты) происхождения.
2. Синтез в организме. Некоторые витамины могут вырабатываться в самом организме. Например, витамин D образуется в коже под действием солнечных лучей, а витамин K и некоторые витамины группы B синтезируются микрофлорой кишечника.
3. Витаминные препараты. Витамины также могут поступать в виде витаминно-минеральных комплексов и биологически активных добавок.
