47 Работайте в группах. Подготовьте листовку о буллинге на отдельном листе бумаги. Напишите свои советы о том, как противостоять буллингу. Используйте информацию из раздела.

Kinds of bullying:
- Physical (hitting, pushing, taking someone's things)
- Verbal (name-calling, teasing, making threats)
- Social (spreading rumors, leaving someone out on purpose)
- Cyberbullying (sending mean texts or messages online)
Top tips against bullying:
1. Tell a trusted adult. A parent, teacher, or school counselor can help.
2. Stay with friends. Bullies often pick on people who are alone.
3. Act brave and walk away. Look the bully in the eye and calmly tell them to stop, then leave.
4. Don't fight back. It can make the situation worse and you could get hurt.
5. Remember it's not your fault. Nobody deserves to be bullied.
6. Block them. If it's online, block the person and tell your parents.

5. Помни, что это не твоя вина. Никто не заслуживает, чтобы над ним издевались.
6. Заблокируй их. Если это происходит в интернете, заблокируй этого человека и расскажи родителям.
