С помощью каких линз исправляют близорукость?
Близорукость, или миопия, — это дефект зрения, при котором человек хорошо видит близко расположенные предметы, но плохо различает удалённые. Это происходит потому, что параллельные лучи света, идущие от далёких объектов, после преломления в оптической системе глаза (роговица и хрусталик) собираются в фокус не на сетчатке, а перед ней. Причинами этого могут быть либо слишком длинное глазное яблоко, либо чрезмерная преломляющая сила оптической системы глаза.
Для исправления близорукости необходимо уменьшить оптическую силу системы «линза-глаз», чтобы фокус сместился назад и попал точно на сетчатку. Для этой цели используют рассеивающие (вогнутые) линзы. Такие линзы имеют отрицательную оптическую силу. Они ослабляют преломление лучей, увеличивая фокусное расстояние всей системы.
Ответ: близорукость исправляют с помощью рассеивающих (вогнутых) линз.
2. Что такое дальнозоркость? Какими причинами она обусловлена? С помощью каких линз исправляют дальнозоркость?
Дальнозоркость, или гиперметропия, — это дефект зрения, при котором фокус изображения от удалённых объектов формируется за сетчаткой. В результате человек может нечётко видеть как близкие, так и удалённые предметы. Хотя при слабой степени дальнозоркости зрение вдаль может оставаться хорошим за счёт напряжения аккомодационной мышцы глаза.
Основными причинами дальнозоркости являются:
1. Укороченное глазное яблоко (по продольной оси). Это наиболее частая врождённая причина.
2. Недостаточная преломляющая сила оптической системы глаза (слишком плоская роговица или хрусталик).
Отдельно выделяют возрастную дальнозоркость (пресбиопию), которая развивается обычно после 40-45 лет из-за естественного процесса старения: хрусталик теряет свою эластичность и способность изменять кривизну, что приводит к ухудшению зрения на близком расстоянии.
Для коррекции дальнозоркости необходимо увеличить оптическую силу глаза, чтобы лучи света сходились сильнее и фокус сместился вперёд, на сетчатку. Для этого применяют собирающие (выпуклые) линзы. Они имеют положительную оптическую силу.
Ответ: дальнозоркость — это дефект зрения, при котором фокус изображения оказывается за сетчаткой; она обусловлена укороченным глазным яблоком или недостаточной преломляющей силой оптической системы глаза; исправляют дальнозоркость с помощью собирающих (выпуклых) линз.
