Поскольку в вопросе не указан конкретный параграф, можно привести пример физического явления из любой области, которое легко наблюдать в повседневной жизни. Таким примером может служить электризация одежды.
Если в сухом помещении снимать с себя одежду из синтетической ткани или шерсти (например, свитер), можно услышать характерное потрескивание. Если делать это в темноте, то можно заметить и небольшие голубоватые искорки, пробегающие по ткани. Волосы при этом могут «вставать дыбом» и притягиваться к свитеру.
Это явление объясняется электризацией тел при трении (трибоэлектрическим эффектом). При трении свитера о тело или другую одежду происходит перераспределение электрических зарядов. На одном теле возникает избыток отрицательных зарядов (электронов), а на другом — их недостаток (положительный заряд). Когда мы снимаем свитер, заряженные тела разделяются, и между ними возникает сильное электрическое поле. Если напряженность этого поля становится достаточно большой, происходит электрический разряд через воздух. Этот разряд мы и воспринимаем как искры и слышим как треск.
Ответ: Примером наблюдаемого явления из собственных наблюдений является потрескивание и появление искр при снятии шерстяного или синтетического свитера в сухую погоду. Это объясняется явлением электризации тел при трении и последующим электрическим разрядом в воздухе.
