1. Испарение — это процесс фазового перехода вещества из жидкого состояния в газообразное (пар), происходящий на свободной поверхности этого вещества. Важной особенностью испарения является то, что оно может происходить при любой температуре, в отличие от кипения, которое происходит при определённой температуре и по всему объёму жидкости.
Ответ: Испарением называют процесс парообразования, который происходит со свободной поверхности жидкости при любой температуре.
2. На основе молекулярно-кинетической теории (МКТ) процесс испарения объясняется следующим образом. Молекулы в жидкости находятся в непрерывном и хаотическом тепловом движении. Их скорости, а следовательно и кинетические энергии, не одинаковы: среди них есть как "медленные", так и "быстрые" молекулы. Молекулы в жидкости удерживаются вместе силами межмолекулярного притяжения.
Те молекулы, которые находятся у поверхности жидкости и обладают достаточно большой кинетической энергией ($E_k$), могут преодолеть силы притяжения со стороны соседних молекул и вылететь за пределы жидкости. Совокупность таких покинувших жидкость молекул и образует пар над ней.
Поскольку жидкость покидают молекулы с наибольшей кинетической энергией, средняя кинетическая энергия оставшихся в жидкости молекул уменьшается. Так как температура тела является мерой средней кинетической энергии его молекул, то температура испаряющейся жидкости понижается. Именно поэтому испарение сопровождается охлаждением.
Ответ: Согласно МКТ, молекулы жидкости постоянно движутся. Некоторые молекулы у поверхности обладают достаточной кинетической энергией, чтобы преодолеть силы притяжения соседних молекул и покинуть жидкость, превратившись в пар. Уход "быстрых" молекул приводит к уменьшению средней кинетической энергии оставшихся, что вызывает охлаждение жидкости.
3. Процесс испарения для каждого вещества имеет свои особенности (например, разную скорость или требуемую энергию) из-за различий в строении и свойствах их молекул. Ключевыми факторами являются:
- Сила межмолекулярного взаимодействия. У разных веществ молекулы притягиваются друг к другу с разной силой. Чем сильнее эти силы, тем большую кинетическую энергию должна иметь молекула, чтобы "оторваться" от поверхности. Например, в воде молекулы связаны прочными водородными связями, поэтому для ее испарения требуется больше энергии, и оно происходит медленнее, чем испарение спирта или эфира, где межмолекулярные силы слабее.
- Молярная масса. При одной и той же температуре средняя кинетическая энергия молекул одинакова. Однако молекулы с меньшей массой имеют большую среднюю скорость, что облегчает им преодоление поверхностного барьера.
Эти молекулярные свойства определяют величину удельной теплоты парообразования ($L$) — физическую величину, показывающую, какое количество теплоты необходимо сообщить единице массы вещества, чтобы полностью превратить его в пар при температуре кипения. Поскольку силы взаимодействия и масса молекул уникальны для каждого вещества, то и удельная теплота парообразования, а также скорость испарения при прочих равных условиях, для каждого вещества свои.
Ответ: Особенности испарения для каждого вещества определяются уникальными для него силами межмолекулярного взаимодействия и массой молекул. Чем сильнее притяжение между молекулами и чем они тяжелее, тем больше энергии требуется для их отрыва от поверхности, и тем медленнее идет процесс испарения.
