С точки зрения химии, соли — это класс сложных веществ, которые в водных растворах диссоциируют на катионы металла (или более сложный катион, например, катион аммония $NH_4^+$) и анионы кислотного остатка.
Проще говоря, соли состоят из двух частей: металлической части, которая пришла от основания (например, $Na^+$ от $NaOH$), и кислотного остатка, который пришел от кислоты (например, $Cl^-$ от $HCl$).
Образование солей чаще всего происходит в результате реакции нейтрализации, когда кислота взаимодействует с основанием:
$Кислота + Основание \rightarrow Соль + Вода$
Например: $H_2SO_4 + 2KOH \rightarrow K_2SO_4 + 2H_2O$
Соли классифицируют по их составу на несколько основных групп.
1. Средние (нормальные) солиОбразуются при полном замещении всех атомов водорода в кислоте на катионы металла. Это "классический" тип солей.
Примеры:
- $NaCl$ (хлорид натрия) — поваренная соль.
- $KNO_3$ (нитрат калия) — калийная селитра.
- $Ca_3(PO_4)_2$ (фосфат кальция).
Образуются, когда атомы водорода в многоосновной кислоте замещаются на катионы металла лишь частично. В составе таких солей остаются атомы водорода.
Примеры:
- $NaHCO_3$ (гидрокарбонат натрия) — пищевая сода.
- $KHSO_4$ (гидросульфат калия).
- $Ca(HCO_3)_2$ (гидрокарбонат кальция) — обуславливает временную жесткость воды.
Образуются при неполном замещении гидроксогрупп ($OH^-$) в многокислотном основании на кислотные остатки. В их составе остаются гидроксогруппы.
Примеры:
- $MgOHCl$ (гидроксохлорид магния).
- $(CuOH)_2CO_3$ (гидроксокарбонат меди(II)) — основной компонент минерала малахита.
- $Al(OH)SO_4$ (гидроксосульфат алюминия).
Двойные соли содержат в своем составе два разных катиона и один анион. Смешанные соли содержат один катион и два разных аниона.
Примеры:
- $KAl(SO_4)_2 \cdot 12H_2O$ (алюмокалиевые квасцы) — двойная соль.
- $Ca(OCl)Cl$ (хлорид-гипохлорит кальция) — смешанная соль, основной компонент хлорной извести.
Содержат сложный (комплексный) ион, который заключен в квадратные скобки в химической формуле. Этот ион состоит из центрального атома (комплексообразователя) и связанных с ним молекул или ионов (лигандов).
Примеры:
- $K_3[Fe(CN)_6]$ (гексацианоферрат(III) калия) — красная кровяная соль.
- $[Cu(NH_3)_4]SO_4$ (сульфат тетраамминмеди(II)) — вещество ярко-синего цвета.
Ответ: К классу солей относятся сложные химические вещества ионного строения, состоящие из катионов металла (или катиона аммония $NH_4^+$) и анионов кислотного остатка. В зависимости от полноты замещения атомов водорода в кислоте или гидроксогрупп в основании, а также от сложности состава, соли делятся на средние ($K_2SO_4$), кислые ($KHSO_4$), основные ($MgOHCl$), двойные ($KAl(SO_4)_2$), смешанные ($Ca(OCl)Cl$) и комплексные ($K_3[Fe(CN)_6]$).
