а) Данная система уравнений: $ \begin{cases} y = 3x + 1 \\ x^2 - 2xy + y^2 = 9 \end{cases} $
Заметим, что второе уравнение можно упростить, используя формулу квадрата разности: $a^2 - 2ab + b^2 = (a-b)^2$.
$x^2 - 2xy + y^2 = (x - y)^2$
Таким образом, второе уравнение принимает вид:
$(x - y)^2 = 9$
Отсюда следует, что $x - y = 3$ или $x - y = -3$.
Теперь решим две системы линейных уравнений.
1) Решаем систему: $ \begin{cases} y = 3x + 1 \\ x - y = 3 \end{cases} $
Подставим выражение для $y$ из первого уравнения во второе:
$x - (3x + 1) = 3$
$x - 3x - 1 = 3$
$-2x = 4$

Заметим, что $x \neq 0$ и $y \neq 0$, иначе левые части уравнений были бы равны нулю. Следовательно, $xy \neq 0$.
Разделим второе уравнение на первое:
$\frac{(x + y)xy}{(x - y)xy} = \frac{120}{30}$
$\frac{x + y}{x - y} = 4$
$x + y = 4(x - y)$
$x + y = 4x - 4y$
$5y = 3x$, откуда $y = \frac{3}{5}x$.
