Для того чтобы сократить данную дробь, необходимо разложить ее числитель и знаменатель на множители. Исходное выражение:
$$ \frac{(1 - 3a)^2}{3a^2 + 5a - 2} $$
Числитель дроби $ (1 - 3a)^2 $ уже представлен в виде произведения двух одинаковых множителей. Также полезно заметить, что $ (1 - 3a)^2 = (-(3a - 1))^2 = (3a - 1)^2 $.
Теперь разложим на множители знаменатель, который является квадратным трехчленом $ 3a^2 + 5a - 2 $. Для этого найдем корни соответствующего квадратного уравнения $ 3a^2 + 5a - 2 = 0 $.
Вычислим дискриминант $ D $ по формуле $ D = b^2 - 4ac $:
$$ D = 5^2 - 4 \cdot 3 \cdot (-2) = 25 + 24 = 49 $$
Так как $ D > 0 $, уравнение имеет два различных корня. Найдем их:
$$ a_1 = \frac{-b - \sqrt{D}}{2a} = \frac{-5 - \sqrt{49}}{2 \cdot 3} = \frac{-5 - 7}{6} = \frac{-12}{6} = -2 $$
$$ a_2 = \frac{-b + \sqrt{D}}{2a} = \frac{-5 + \sqrt{49}}{2 \cdot 3} = \frac{-5 + 7}{6} = \frac{2}{6} = \frac{1}{3} $$

$$ 3a^2 + 5a - 2 = 3(a - (-2))(a - \frac{1}{3}) = 3(a + 2)(a - \frac{1}{3}) $$
Чтобы избавиться от дроби в скобках, умножим множитель $ 3 $ на двучлен $ (a - \frac{1}{3}) $:
$$ (a + 2) \cdot 3(a - \frac{1}{3}) = (a + 2)(3a - 1) $$
Теперь подставим разложенные выражения обратно в исходную дробь, используя представление числителя $ (3a - 1)^2 $:
$$ \frac{(3a - 1)^2}{(a + 2)(3a - 1)} $$
Сократим общий множитель $ (3a - 1) $ в числителе и знаменателе. Это возможно при условии $ 3a - 1 \neq 0 $, то есть $ a \neq \frac{1}{3} $. Это условие выполняется, так как при $ a = \frac{1}{3} $ знаменатель исходной дроби обращается в ноль.
