Negations in Present and Past Progressive Passive are formed by adding the particle not after the auxiliary verb to be (is/are/was/were).
Отрицания в настоящем и прошедшем длительном времени в пассивном залоге образуются путем добавления частицы not после вспомогательного глагола to be (is/are/was/were).
Questions in Present and Past Progressive Passive are formed by moving the auxiliary verb to be (Is/Are/Was/Were) to the beginning of the sentence, before the subject.
Вопросы в настоящем и прошедшем длительном времени в пассивном залоге образуются путем переноса вспомогательного глагола to be (Is/Are/Was/Were) в начало предложения, перед подлежащим.
