Ответ:
In my opinion, people do extreme sports mostly to feel a rush of adrenaline and to challenge themselves. From the list, I agree with the following reasons: to feel joy and excitement, and also to prove how fearless they are. It must be cool to overcome your fear.
I would also add my own idea: people do extreme sports to build self-confidence and push their own limits. When you do something that seems impossible, you start believing in yourself more.
(По моему мнению, люди занимаются экстремальными видами спорта в основном для того, чтобы почувствовать прилив адреналина и бросить себе вызов. Из списка я согласен со следующими причинами: чтобы испытать радость и восторг, а также чтобы доказать, насколько они бесстрашны. Должно быть, это круто — преодолеть свой страх.)
(Я бы также добавил свою собственную идею: люди занимаются экстремальными видами спорта, чтобы укрепить уверенность в себе и расширить границы своих возможностей. Когда ты делаешь что-то, что кажется невозможным, ты начинаешь больше верить в себя.)
