Аккомодация — это способность глаза приспосабливаться к чёткому видению объектов, находящихся на разном расстоянии. Этот процесс происходит за счёт изменения кривизны хрусталика, что, в свою очередь, изменяет его оптическую силу и фокусное расстояние.
Механизм аккомодации обеспечивается работой цилиарной (ресничной) мышцы и хрусталика:
1. При взгляде на удалённые объекты (условно, дальше 5-6 метров), цилиарная мышца расслаблена. Связки, которые удерживают хрусталик, натягиваются, и хрусталик становится более плоским. Его оптическая сила минимальна, что позволяет сфокусировать параллельные лучи от далёких объектов точно на сетчатке.
2. При взгляде на близкие объекты, цилиарная мышца сокращается. Это приводит к ослаблению натяжения связок. Хрусталик, благодаря своей эластичности, принимает более выпуклую форму. Его кривизна увеличивается, а оптическая сила возрастает. Это позволяет сфокусировать расходящиеся лучи от близких предметов также на сетчатке.
Таким образом, аккомодация является рефлекторным актом, позволяющим глазу поддерживать чёткое изображение на сетчатке при изменении расстояния до наблюдаемого объекта.
Ответ: Аккомодацией называют способность глаза изменять свою оптическую силу для фокусировки на объектах, расположенных на разном расстоянии, что достигается за счет изменения кривизны хрусталика.
