7. Поглощённая человеком доза излучения составила $1.5 \text{ Гр}$. Как это может отразиться на здоровье человека?
Решение. №7 (с. 172)
Поглощённая доза излучения в 1,5 Гр (Грей) является значительной и вызовет у человека острую лучевую болезнь (ОЛБ) легкой или средней степени тяжести. Воздействие такой дозы на здоровье можно разделить на краткосрочные и долгосрочные последствия.
Краткосрочные эффекты (острая лучевая болезнь):
Основной удар приходится на быстро делящиеся клетки, в первую очередь на клетки костного мозга, отвечающие за кроветворение.
1. Первичная реакция (в течение нескольких часов после облучения): появляются тошнота, рвота, общая слабость, головная боль.
2. Скрытый период (может длиться от нескольких дней до 2–3 недель): самочувствие временно улучшается, симптомы практически исчезают.
3. Период разгара болезни: из-за поражения костного мозга резко падает количество клеток в крови. Это приводит к лейкопении (снижение числа лейкоцитов), что делает организм уязвимым для любых инфекций, и тромбоцитопении (снижение числа тромбоцитов), что вызывает нарушения свёртываемости крови и повышенную кровоточивость. Также возможно выпадение волос (алопеция).
При дозе в 1,5 Гр прогноз, как правило, благоприятный при оказании своевременной медицинской помощи. Смертельный исход маловероятен, но без лечения могут развиться тяжёлые инфекционные осложнения.
Долгосрочные эффекты:
Даже после выздоровления от острой лучевой болезни остаются отдалённые последствия, связанные с повреждением ДНК клеток. К ним относятся:
- Значительно повышенный риск развития онкологических заболеваний (в первую очередь лейкозов) спустя годы или десятилетия.
- Возможное развитие катаракты (помутнения хрусталика глаза).
- Другие соматические эффекты, такие как преждевременное старение и ослабление иммунной системы.
Ответ: Поглощённая доза в 1,5 Гр вызовет острую лучевую болезнь лёгкой или средней степени тяжести с поражением костного мозга. Это проявится в виде тошноты, слабости, а в дальнейшем — в виде ослабления иммунитета и риска кровотечений. Прогноз при лечении благоприятный, но в долгосрочной перспективе такая доза значительно повышает риск развития онкологических заболеваний.
