Чтобы доказать, что четырёхугольник ABCD является квадратом, достаточно показать, что все его стороны равны и диагонали также равны. Для вычисления длин отрезков воспользуемся формулой расстояния между двумя точками с координатами $(x_1, y_1)$ и $(x_2, y_2)$:
$d = \sqrt{(x_2 - x_1)^2 + (y_2 - y_1)^2}$
Заданные координаты вершин четырёхугольника: A(-2; 6), B(-8; -2), C(0; -8) и D(6; 0).
1. Вычислим длины сторон четырёхугольника:
$AB = \sqrt{(-8 - (-2))^2 + (-2 - 6)^2} = \sqrt{(-6)^2 + (-8)^2} = \sqrt{36 + 64} = \sqrt{100} = 10$.
$BC = \sqrt{(0 - (-8))^2 + (-8 - (-2))^2} = \sqrt{8^2 + (-6)^2} = \sqrt{64 + 36} = \sqrt{100} = 10$.
$CD = \sqrt{(6 - 0)^2 + (0 - (-8))^2} = \sqrt{6^2 + 8^2} = \sqrt{36 + 64} = \sqrt{100} = 10$.
$DA = \sqrt{(-2 - 6)^2 + (6 - 0)^2} = \sqrt{(-8)^2 + 6^2} = \sqrt{64 + 36} = \sqrt{100} = 10$.
Так как $AB = BC = CD = DA = 10$, все стороны четырёхугольника равны. Это означает, что ABCD является ромбом.
2. Вычислим длины диагоналей:
$AC = \sqrt{(0 - (-2))^2 + (-8 - 6)^2} = \sqrt{2^2 + (-14)^2} = \sqrt{4 + 196} = \sqrt{200}$.
$BD = \sqrt{(6 - (-8))^2 + (0 - (-2))^2} = \sqrt{14^2 + 2^2} = \sqrt{196 + 4} = \sqrt{200}$.
Так как $AC = BD = \sqrt{200}$, диагонали четырёхугольника равны.
Поскольку ABCD является ромбом (все стороны равны) и его диагонали равны, данный четырёхугольник является квадратом. Что и требовалось доказать.
