Даны векторы $\vec{a}(2; 5)$ и $\vec{b}(x; 4)$.
Тип угла между двумя ненулевыми векторами (острый, тупой или прямой) определяется знаком их скалярного произведения. Косинус угла $\theta$ между векторами $\vec{a}$ и $\vec{b}$ вычисляется по формуле: $\cos(\theta) = \frac{\vec{a} \cdot \vec{b}}{|\vec{a}| |\vec{b}|}$.
Поскольку длины векторов $|\vec{a}|$ и $|\vec{b}|$ всегда положительны (для ненулевых векторов), знак $\cos(\theta)$ совпадает со знаком скалярного произведения $\vec{a} \cdot \vec{b}$.
- Если угол острый ($0^\circ < \theta < 90^\circ$), то $\cos(\theta) > 0$, следовательно, скалярное произведение положительно: $\vec{a} \cdot \vec{b} > 0$.
- Если угол тупой ($90^\circ < \theta < 180^\circ$), то $\cos(\theta) < 0$, следовательно, скалярное произведение отрицательно: $\vec{a} \cdot \vec{b} < 0$.
- Если угол прямой ($\theta = 90^\circ$), то $\cos(\theta) = 0$, следовательно, скалярное произведение равно нулю: $\vec{a} \cdot \vec{b} = 0$.
Найдем скалярное произведение данных векторов $\vec{a}$ и $\vec{b}$:
$\vec{a} \cdot \vec{b} = a_x b_x + a_y b_y = 2 \cdot x + 5 \cdot 4 = 2x + 20$.
Заметим, что оба вектора являются ненулевыми при любом значении $x$, так как их длины всегда больше нуля: $|\vec{a}| = \sqrt{2^2 + 5^2} = \sqrt{29} \neq 0$ и $|\vec{b}| = \sqrt{x^2 + 4^2} = \sqrt{x^2 + 16} \neq 0$.
1) острый
Угол между векторами является острым, если их скалярное произведение положительно.
$\vec{a} \cdot \vec{b} > 0$
$2x + 20 > 0$
$2x > -20$
$x > -10$
Ответ: при $x \in (-10; +\infty)$.
2) тупой
Угол между векторами является тупым, если их скалярное произведение отрицательно.
$\vec{a} \cdot \vec{b} < 0$
$2x + 20 < 0$
$2x < -20$
$x < -10$
Ответ: при $x \in (-\infty; -10)$.
