Для решения задачи воспользуемся векторным методом. Пусть $A, B, C, D$ — вершины тетраэдра. Тетраэдр, все высоты которого пересекаются в одной точке, называется ортоцентрическим. Обозначим эту точку пересечения высот (ортоцентр) как $H$.
Введём следующие обозначения для ключевых точек тетраэдра:
- $O$ — центр описанной сферы (сферы, проходящей через вершины $A, B, C, D$).
- $G$ — центроид тетраэдра (точка пересечения отрезков, соединяющих вершины с центроидами противоположных граней).

$\vec{e_a} = \frac{1\cdot\vec{a} + 2\cdot\vec{h}}{1+2} = \frac{\vec{a}+2\vec{h}}{3}$.
Рассмотрим гомотетию $h_2$ с центром в ортоцентре $H$ и коэффициентом $k_2 = 1/3$. Найдём образ вершины $A$:

Поскольку точки $E_D$ и $M_A$ лежат на сфере Эйлера $S_E$, то и вся сфера с диаметром $E_D M_A$ является частью (или полностью совпадает с) $S_E$. Следовательно, точки $H_B$ и $H_C$ лежат на $S_E$. Аналогичными рассуждениями для других пар (например, $E_A M_D$) доказывается, что все четыре основания высот $H_A, H_B, H_C, H_D$ лежат на сфере $S_E$.
Ответ: Основания высот тетраэдра лежат на той же сфере $S_E$, что и предыдущие два набора точек.
Общий вывод: Все 12 точек — 4 центроида граней, 4 основания высот и 4 точки, делящие отрезки $HA, HB, HC, HD$ в отношении 2:1 от вершин — лежат на одной и той же сфере, называемой сферой Эйлера (или сферой двенадцати точек) ортоцентрического тетраэдра. Центр этой сферы $N$ лежит на прямой Эйлера $OHG$ тетраэдра.
