Треугольники $\triangle ABM$ и $\triangle CBM$ имеют равные площади, поскольку у них равные основания ($AM=MC$) и общая высота, проведенная из вершины $B$ к стороне $AC$.
Таким образом, $S_{\triangle ABM} = S_{\triangle CBM}$.
