Рассмотрим треугольники $\triangle OAD$ и $\triangle OCB$. По условию задачи дано, что $OA = OC$ и $AB = CD$. Поскольку точки A и B лежат на одной стороне угла, а C и D — на другой, то длины отрезков OB и OD можно выразить как $OB = OA + AB$ и $OD = OC + CD$. Из равенства исходных отрезков следует, что $OB = OD$. Угол $\angle BOD$ является общим для обоих треугольников. Таким образом, треугольники $\triangle OAD$ и $\triangle OCB$ равны по первому признаку равенства треугольников (по двум сторонам и углу между ними).
Из равенства $\triangle OAD = \triangle OCB$ следует равенство их соответственных углов: $\angle OAD = \angle OCB$ и $\angle ODA = \angle OBC$.
Далее рассмотрим треугольники $\triangle ABM$ и $\triangle CDM$. У них $AB = CD$ по условию. Наконец, рассмотрим треугольники $\triangle OBM$ и $\triangle ODM$. Мы установили, что $OB = OD$ и $BM = DM$. Сторона $OM$ у этих треугольников общая. Следовательно, треугольники $\triangle OBM$ и $\triangle ODM$ равны по третьему признаку равенства треугольников (по трем сторонам).
Из равенства $\triangle OBM = \triangle ODM$ следует равенство их соответственных углов: $\angle BOM = \angle DOM$. Это по определению означает, что луч OM является биссектрисой угла $\angle BOD$.
