Рассмотрим треугольник $BKM$.
По условию задачи, прямая, проходящая через точки $O$ и $K$, перпендикулярна биссектрисе $BM$ ($OK \perp BM$). Это значит, что отрезок $OK$ является высотой в треугольнике $BKM$, проведенной из вершины $K$ к стороне $BM$.
Также по условию, точка $O$ является серединой отрезка $BM$. Следовательно, отрезок $OK$ является медианой в треугольнике $BKM$, проведенной к стороне $BM$.
В треугольнике, в котором высота, проведенная к одной из сторон, является также и медианой к этой стороне, этот треугольник является равнобедренным. Таким образом, $\triangle BKM$ — равнобедренный с основанием $BM$.
В равнобедренном треугольнике углы при основании равны, поэтому $\angle KBM = \angle BMK$.
Из условия известно, что $BM$ — биссектриса угла $ABC$. По определению биссектрисы, $\angle ABM = \angle CBM$. Поскольку точка $K$ лежит на стороне $BC$, угол $CBM$ совпадает с углом $KBM$. Отсюда следует, что $\angle ABM = \angle KBM$.
Из равенств $\angle ABM = \angle KBM$ и $\angle KBM = \angle BMK$ получаем, что $\angle ABM = \angle BMK$.
Углы $\angle ABM$ и $\angle BMK$ являются накрест лежащими при прямых $AB$ и $MK$ и секущей $BM$. Так как эти углы равны, то, по признаку параллельности прямых, $MK \parallel AB$.
