По условию задачи, треугольник ABC является равнобедренным с основанием BC. В равнобедренном треугольнике углы при основании равны, следовательно, $\angle B = \angle C$.
Отрезок BK является биссектрисой угла B, это означает, что он делит угол B на два равных угла: $\angle ABK = \angle KBC$.
Пусть $\angle ABK = \angle KBC = x$. Тогда весь угол $\angle B = 2x$. Так как $\angle B = \angle C$, то $\angle C = 2x$ также.
