Сумма углов в любом треугольнике равна $180^\circ$. В прямоугольном треугольнике один из углов прямой, то есть равен $90^\circ$. Следовательно, сумма двух других, острых, углов составляет $180^\circ - 90^\circ = 90^\circ$.
По условию задачи, градусные меры этих острых углов относятся как $7:8$. Пусть $x$ — коэффициент пропорциональности. Тогда величину одного острого угла можно выразить как $7x$, а второго — как $8x$.
Составим уравнение, зная, что сумма этих углов равна $90^\circ$:
$7x + 8x = 90$
Теперь решим это уравнение:
$15x = 90$
$x = \frac{90}{15}$
