Пусть дан равнобедренный треугольник $ \triangle ABC $ с основанием $ AC $. По свойству равнобедренного треугольника, углы при основании равны: $ \angle BAC = \angle BCA $.
Проведём высоту из вершины $ A $ к боковой стороне $ BC $ и обозначим её $ AH $. По определению высоты, $ AH \perp BC $, следовательно, треугольник $ \triangle AHC $ является прямоугольным с прямым углом $ \angle AHC = 90^\circ $.
По условию задачи, угол между основанием $ AC $ и высотой $ AH $, проведённой к боковой стороне, равен $ 19^\circ $. Этот угол — $ \angle HAC $. Таким образом, $ \angle HAC = 19^\circ $.
