Для решения задачи сначала найдем общую площадь всех данных прямоугольников. Нам даны 13 прямоугольников с размерами $1 \times 1, 1 \times 2, 1 \times 3, \dots, 1 \times 13$. Их площади равны соответственно $1, 2, 3, \dots, 13$. Суммарная площадь $S$ всех этих прямоугольников равна сумме первых 13 натуральных чисел, которая вычисляется по формуле суммы арифметической прогрессии:
$S = 1 + 2 + 3 + \dots + 13 = \frac{13 \cdot (13+1)}{2} = \frac{13 \cdot 14}{2} = 13 \cdot 7 = 91$.
Следовательно, итоговый прямоугольник, составленный из этих частей, должен иметь площадь 91.
Теперь определим возможные размеры итогового прямоугольника. Пусть его стороны, выраженные целыми числами, равны $a$ и $b$. Тогда его площадь $a \cdot b = 91$. Найдем все пары натуральных делителей числа 91. Поскольку $91 = 7 \cdot 13$, то возможные пары размеров для прямоугольника – это $1 \times 91$ и $7 \times 13$. По условию задачи, каждая сторона итогового прямоугольника должна быть больше 1. Это означает, что вариант $1 \times 91$ не подходит. Таким образом, искомый прямоугольник должен иметь размеры $7 \times 13$.
Остается показать, как можно сложить такой прямоугольник из данных частей. В нашем наборе есть прямоугольник размером $1 \times 13$. Его можно расположить вдоль длинной стороны итогового прямоугольника $7 \times 13$. Этот прямоугольник займет одну из семи строк, например, самую верхнюю.
После этого останется заполнить оставшуюся область размером $6 \times 13$. Для этого у нас есть 12 прямоугольников: $1 \times 1, 1 \times 2, \dots, 1 \times 12$. Их можно сгруппировать попарно таким образом, чтобы сумма длин в каждой паре была равна 13. Каждая такая пара, будучи выложенной встык по короткой стороне, образует полосу размером $1 \times 13$.

- $1 \times 9$ и $1 \times 4$ (в сумме дают полосу $1 \times 13$)
- $1 \times 8$ и $1 \times 5$ (в сумме дают полосу $1 \times 13$)
- $1 \times 7$ и $1 \times 6$ (в сумме дают полосу $1 \times 13$)
Всего у нас получается 6 таких полос размером $1 \times 13$. Уложив эти 6 полос одну под другой, мы полностью заполним оставшуюся область $6 \times 13$. Таким образом, вместе с первой полосой $1 \times 13$ мы получаем искомый прямоугольник $7 \times 13$.
Ответ: Да, можно. Для этого нужно составить прямоугольник размером $7 \times 13$. Одну строку этого прямоугольника займет деталь $1 \times 13$. Оставшаяся область размером $6 \times 13$ заполняется шестью полосами $1 \times 13$, каждая из которых составлена из двух прямоугольников: ($1 \times 12$ и $1 \times 1$), ($1 \times 11$ и $1 \times 2$), ($1 \times 10$ и $1 \times 3$), ($1 \times 9$ и $1 \times 4$), ($1 \times 8$ и $1 \times 5$), ($1 \times 7$ и $1 \times 6$).
