Для решения этой задачи, которая является одной из основных задач на построение в геометрии, используются циркуль и линейка без делений. Пусть нам дана прямая $a$ и точка $M$, не лежащая на этой прямой ($M \notin a$).
Идея построения заключается в том, чтобы провести через точку $M$ и прямую $a$ вспомогательную прямую (секущую) и построить угол, равный одному из углов, образовавшихся при пересечении секущей с прямой $a$. Если мы построим равный соответственный или накрест лежащий угол, то по признаку параллельности прямых новая прямая будет параллельна исходной. Ниже приведен один из возможных алгоритмов.
Построение- Проведем через точку $M$ и любую произвольную точку $A$ на прямой $a$ прямую $c$ (секущую).
- С центром в точке $A$ проведем окружность произвольного радиуса $r$. Она пересечет прямую $a$ в точке $B$ и секущую $c$ в точке $C$.
- Не меняя раствора циркуля (то есть с тем же радиусом $r$), проведем окружность с центром в точке $M$. Она пересечет секущую $c$ в точке $D$.
- С помощью циркуля измерим расстояние между точками $B$ и $C$.
- С центром в точке $D$ проведем окружность радиусом, равным длине отрезка $BC$. Точку пересечения этой окружности с окружностью, построенной в шаге 3, назовем $E$.
- С помощью линейки проведем прямую $b$ через точки $M$ и $E$.
Выполненная последовательность действий является классическим алгоритмом копирования угла с помощью циркуля и линейки. Мы скопировали угол $\angle CAB$ и построили равный ему угол $\angle EMD$.
Углы $\angle CAB$ и $\angle EMD$ являются соответственными углами при пересечении прямых $a$ и $b$ секущей $c$.
Поскольку по построению $\angle EMD = \angle CAB$, то согласно признаку параллельности прямых (если при пересечении двух прямых секущей соответственные углы равны, то прямые параллельны), мы можем заключить, что прямая $b$ параллельна прямой $a$.
Таким образом, построенная прямая $b$ проходит через данную точку $M$ и параллельна данной прямой $a$. Задача решена.
Ответ: Прямая $b$, построенная согласно приведенному алгоритму, является искомой прямой.
