Рассмотрим два треугольника: $\triangle CEF$ и $\triangle DFE$.
По условию задачи, отрезки $CE$ и $DF$ являются перпендикулярами, опущенными из точек $C$ и $D$ на прямую $m$. Это означает, что точки $E$ и $F$ лежат на прямой $m$. Следовательно, $\triangle CEF$ — прямоугольный треугольник с прямым углом при вершине $E$ ($\angle CEF = 90^\circ$), а $\triangle DFE$ — прямоугольный треугольник с прямым углом при вершине $F$ ($\angle DFE = 90^\circ$).
Сравним эти два прямоугольных треугольника. У них есть общий катет $EF$. Кроме того, по условию задачи, их гипотенузы равны: $CF = DE$.
