Для того чтобы преобразовать уравнение $1,2x^2 + 0,4x - 5 = 0$ в уравнение с целыми коэффициентами, необходимо избавиться от десятичных дробей. Этого можно достичь, умножив обе части уравнения на подходящее число.
Сначала представим коэффициенты с десятичными дробями в виде обыкновенных дробей:
$1,2 = \frac{12}{10} = \frac{6}{5}$
$0,4 = \frac{4}{10} = \frac{2}{5}$
Теперь подставим эти значения обратно в уравнение:
$\frac{6}{5}x^2 + \frac{2}{5}x - 5 = 0$
Чтобы избавиться от знаменателей, нужно умножить обе части уравнения на наименьшее общее кратное знаменателей. В данном случае знаменатель у обоих дробных коэффициентов равен 5, поэтому умножим все уравнение на 5:
