Графический метод решения уравнений — это способ нахождения корней уравнения с помощью построения графиков функций. Этот метод особенно полезен для определения количества корней и их приблизительных значений, когда аналитическое решение затруднительно.
Суть метода
Идея метода заключается в следующем. Пусть дано уравнение, которое можно представить в виде $f(x) = g(x)$. Корнями (или решениями) этого уравнения являются такие значения $x$, при которых значения функций $f(x)$ и $g(x)$ равны.
Если построить графики функций $y = f(x)$ и $y = g(x)$ в одной системе координат, то в точках их пересечения ординаты (значения $y$) будут одинаковы. Это означает, что для абсциссы $x_0$ точки пересечения выполняется равенство $f(x_0) = g(x_0)$. Таким образом, абсциссы точек пересечения графиков и являются корнями исходного уравнения.
Частным случаем является решение уравнения вида $F(x) = 0$. В этом случае строится график функции $y = F(x)$, и корнями уравнения будут абсциссы точек пересечения этого графика с осью $Ox$ (так как на оси $Ox$ ордината $y$ равна нулю).
Ответ: Суть графического метода заключается в том, чтобы представить уравнение в виде равенства двух функций $f(x) = g(x)$, построить их графики $y = f(x)$ и $y = g(x)$ и найти абсциссы точек пересечения этих графиков, которые и будут являться решениями уравнения.
Алгоритм решения

- Определить абсциссы (координаты $x$) найденных точек пересечения. Эти значения и будут корнями уравнения. Если графики не пересекаются, уравнение не имеет действительных корней. Если они касаются, уравнение имеет один корень (или корень четной кратности).
Ответ: Алгоритм включает преобразование уравнения к виду $f(x) = g(x)$, построение графиков $y = f(x)$ и $y = g(x)$, нахождение их точек пересечения и определение абсцисс этих точек.
Пример 1: Решить уравнение $\sqrt{x} = 6 - x$
1. Уравнение уже представлено в виде $f(x) = g(x)$. Введем две функции: $y_1 = \sqrt{x}$ и $y_2 = 6 - x$.
2. Построим графики этих функций в одной системе координат.
- $y_1 = \sqrt{x}$ — это ветвь параболы, расположенная в первой координатной четверти. Область определения: $x \ge 0$. График проходит через точки (0, 0), (1, 1), (4, 2), (9, 3).
- $y_2 = 6 - x$ — это прямая. Для ее построения достаточно двух точек, например, (0, 6) и (6, 0).
3. Построив графики, мы видим, что они пересекаются в одной точке.
4. Из графика видно, что абсцисса точки пересечения равна 4. Проверим это значение, подставив в исходное уравнение:

Пример 2: Определить количество корней уравнения $x^3 - x - 1 = 0$
1. Преобразуем уравнение к виду $f(x) = g(x)$. Перенесем члены $x$ и $1$ в правую часть:
$x^3 = x + 1$
Введем функции: $y_1 = x^3$ и $y_2 = x + 1$.
2. Построим графики этих функций.
- $y_1 = x^3$ — кубическая парабола, симметричная относительно начала координат. Проходит через точки (0, 0), (1, 1), (2, 8), (-1, -1), (-2, -8).
- $y_2 = x + 1$ — прямая, проходящая через точки (0, 1) и (-1, 0).
3. Построив графики, мы увидим, что они пересекаются только в одной точке. Эта точка находится в первой четверти, ее абсцисса примерно равна $1.3$.
4. Так как графики имеют одну точку пересечения, исходное уравнение имеет один действительный корень.
Ответ: Уравнение имеет один корень.
