76. При наливании бензина корпус бензовоза при помощи металлического проводника соединяют с землёй. Зачем это делают?

При переливании бензина из одной емкости в другую, например, в бак автомобиля или в резервуар на заправочной станции, происходит интенсивное движение жидкости. В процессе этого движения бензин трется о стенки цистерны бензовоза, шланги и трубы. Бензин, будучи диэлектриком, склонен к электризации при трении (трибоэлектрический эффект). В результате этого на поверхности бензина и на корпусе бензовоза накапливается статический электрический заряд.
Накопление статического заряда приводит к возникновению высокого электрического потенциала на корпусе бензовоза относительно земли. Когда разность потенциалов между корпусом и каким-либо заземленным предметом (или самой землей) достигает достаточно большой величины (пробивного напряжения для воздуха), может произойти электрический разряд в виде искры.
Пары бензина являются легковоспламеняющимися и взрывоопасными. Даже небольшая искра, возникшая в среде, насыщенной парами бензина, может привести к их воспламенению, что повлечет за собой пожар или взрыв с катастрофическими последствиями.
Чтобы избежать этой опасности, корпус бензовоза принудительно заземляют. Металлический проводник, соединяющий корпус с землей, обеспечивает путь для стекания накапливающегося статического заряда. Земля имеет огромную электрическую емкость и может принять или отдать практически любой заряд, не изменяя своего потенциала. Таким образом, заземление предотвращает накопление статического заряда на бензовозе, устраняя возможность возникновения искры и обеспечивая безопасность операции.
Ответ: Корпус бензовоза соединяют с землей для безопасного отвода статического электричества, которое накапливается в результате трения бензина при его переливании. Это делается для того, чтобы предотвратить возникновение искры, которая может воспламенить пары бензина и вызвать пожар или взрыв.
