10. КПД газовой плиты равен $30\%$. Сколько надо сжечь природного газа, чтобы нагреть воду объёмом $3 \text{ л}$ от $15^\circ\text{C}$ до кипения?

Дано:
КПД, $\eta = 30\%$
Объём воды, $V = 3$ л
Начальная температура воды, $t_1 = 15$ °C
Конечная температура воды, $t_2 = 100$ °C (температура кипения)
Удельная теплоёмкость воды, $c \approx 4200 \frac{Дж}{кг \cdot °C}$ (справочное значение)
Удельная теплота сгорания природного газа, $q \approx 4,4 \cdot 10^7 \frac{Дж}{кг}$ (справочное значение)
Плотность воды, $\rho \approx 1000 \frac{кг}{м^3}$
$\eta = 0,3$
$V = 3 \text{ л} = 3 \cdot 10^{-3} \text{ м}^3$
Найти:
Массу природного газа, $m_{газа}$
Решение:
1. Найдём массу воды, которую необходимо нагреть. Плотность воды составляет примерно 1000 кг/м³, или 1 кг/л. Таким образом, масса 3 литров воды равна:
$m_{воды} = \rho \cdot V = 1000 \frac{кг}{м^3} \cdot 3 \cdot 10^{-3} м^3 = 3 \text{ кг}$
2. Рассчитаем количество теплоты ($Q_{полезное}$), которое необходимо для нагревания этого объёма воды от начальной температуры до температуры кипения. Это и будет полезная работа.
$Q_{полезное} = c \cdot m_{воды} \cdot (t_2 - t_1)$
$Q_{полезное} = 4200 \frac{Дж}{кг \cdot °C} \cdot 3 \text{ кг} \cdot (100°C - 15°C) = 12600 \frac{Дж}{°C} \cdot 85°C = 1\ 071\ 000 \text{ Дж}$
3. Коэффициент полезного действия (КПД) показывает, какая часть от всей выделившейся при сгорании газа теплоты ($Q_{затраченное}$) пошла на нагрев воды ($Q_{полезное}$). Формула КПД:
$\eta = \frac{Q_{полезное}}{Q_{затраченное}}$
Из этой формулы выразим общее количество теплоты, которое должно выделиться при сгорании природного газа:
$Q_{затраченное} = \frac{Q_{полезное}}{\eta}$
При расчетах используем КПД, выраженный в долях единицы: $\eta = 30\% = 0,3$.
$Q_{затраченное} = \frac{1\ 071\ 000 \text{ Дж}}{0,3} = 3\ 570\ 000 \text{ Дж}$
4. Количество теплоты, которое выделяется при сгорании топлива, связано с его массой и удельной теплотой сгорания по формуле:
$Q_{затраченное} = q \cdot m_{газа}$
Теперь мы можем найти массу газа, которую необходимо сжечь:
$m_{газа} = \frac{Q_{затраченное}}{q}$
$m_{газа} = \frac{3\ 570\ 000 \text{ Дж}}{4,4 \cdot 10^7 \frac{Дж}{кг}} \approx 0,0811 \text{ кг}$
Переведём полученное значение в граммы:
$0,0811 \text{ кг} \cdot 1000 \frac{г}{кг} \approx 81,1 \text{ г}$
Ответ: чтобы нагреть воду, надо сжечь примерно 81,1 г природного газа.
