С другой стороны, немцы всё столетие чувствовали себя почти так же комфортно, как русские, даже лучше чем старообрядцы.</p><p>Построение регулярного государства означало постепенную борьбу с традиционным образом жизни некоторых народов, особенно кочевых на юге империи, например, башкир, которые из-за этого восставали несколько раз на протяжении столетия. И было из-за чего: якобы цивилизаторская миссия чиновников выливалась порой в прямое притеснение и явное оскорбление уважаемых в обществе людей. С другой стороны, северные и сибирские народы особых изменений на себе не почувствовали: из-за недостатка чиновников даже в густонаселённых районах государство не могло до них дотянуться.</p><p>Вновь присоединённые народы вписывались в существующую структуру и обнаруживали себя в этой структуре на разных местах. Например, казахи, часть которых вошла в состав империи, оказались среди тех народов, до которых у чиновников руки в основном не доходили. А крымские татары, наоборот, сразу увидели изменения на своём полуострове. Впрочем этот полуостров был присоединён во времена просвещённого абсолютизма, когда политика стала мягче и лояльнее по отношению почти ко всем народам. Прекратились гонения на старообрядцев, прекратилось разрушения мечетей, императрица лично предпринимала усилия для того, чтобы расположить к себе подданных, причём не только русских. Поэтому крымские татары в большинстве своём легко приняли новую власть. Но не всегда было так всё хорошо. Например, для иудеев, то есть фактически для евреев, потому что выкрестов среди них было мало, жизнь под властью российской императрицы оказалась гораздо тяжелее, чем до этого в Речи Посполитой. Черта оседлости налагала на них много ограничений, которые вели в частности к перенаселённости, а значит бедности: иудеям даже в черте оседлости нельзя было селиться в деревнях, поэтому в городах и местечках для такого большого их количества не хватало достойного заработка. Это не говоря уже о религиозной дискриминации.</p><p>Эпоха просвещённого абсолютизма вообще была лояльнее по отношению к инородцам так называемым, что было связано, прежде всего, с религиозной терпимостью. Основные изменения в жизни народов России были связаны либо с изменениями в религиозной политике, либо с построением регулярного государства. Конечно, менялась жизнь, порой менялась кардинальным образом у народов, чьи земли Россия только-только присоединяла, причём это зависело и от способа присоединения, и от многих других факторов.
Изменения в религиозной политике, например, означало, что мусульманские народы, прежде всего Поволжья, в начале века до некоторой степени угнетались, но потом в эпоху просвещённого абсолютизма притеснение прекратились. С другой стороны, немцы всё столетие чувствовали себя почти так же комфортно, как русские, даже лучше чем старообрядцы.
Построение регулярного государства означало постепенную борьбу с традиционным образом жизни некоторых народов, особенно кочевых на юге империи, например, башкир, которые из-за этого восставали несколько раз на протяжении столетия. И было из-за чего: якобы цивилизаторская миссия чиновников выливалась порой в прямое притеснение и явное оскорбление уважаемых в обществе людей. С другой стороны, северные и сибирские народы особых изменений на себе не почувствовали: из-за недостатка чиновников даже в густонаселённых районах государство не могло до них дотянуться.
Вновь присоединённые народы вписывались в существующую структуру и обнаруживали себя в этой структуре на разных местах. Например, казахи, часть которых вошла в состав империи, оказались среди тех народов, до которых у чиновников руки в основном не доходили. А крымские татары, наоборот, сразу увидели изменения на своём полуострове. Впрочем этот полуостров был присоединён во времена просвещённого абсолютизма, когда политика стала мягче и лояльнее по отношению почти ко всем народам. Прекратились гонения на старообрядцев, прекратилось разрушения мечетей, императрица лично предпринимала усилия для того, чтобы расположить к себе подданных, причём не только русских. Поэтому крымские татары в большинстве своём легко приняли новую власть. Но не всегда было так всё хорошо. Например, для иудеев, то есть фактически для евреев, потому что выкрестов среди них было мало, жизнь под властью российской императрицы оказалась гораздо тяжелее, чем до этого в Речи Посполитой. Черта оседлости налагала на них много ограничений, которые вели в частности к перенаселённости, а значит бедности: иудеям даже в черте оседлости нельзя было селиться в деревнях, поэтому в городах и местечках для такого большого их количества не хватало достойного заработка. Это не говоря уже о религиозной дискриминации.
Эпоха просвещённого абсолютизма вообще была лояльнее по отношению к инородцам так называемым, что было связано, прежде всего, с религиозной терпимостью. Как уже было сказано выше, прекратилось разрушения мечетей, и гонения на старообрядцев. Власть выстраивала отношения с буддистами, именно эту религию как раз тогда активно принимал целый ряд народов империи. Но и тогда дух Просвещения порой уступал место русским традициям. И самым ярким примером является та самая дискриминация иудеев. Да, в отличие от более ранних эпох, им всё же разрешалось жить в империи, продолжая исповедовать свою религию. Но это послабление было связана не только с духом Просвещения, но и с присоединением к империи земли Речи Посполитой, где иудеев было слишком много, их всех физически сложно было в одночасье выгнать.
