Данная система неравенств: $$ \begin{cases} y < x^2 + 1 \\ x^2 + (y-1)^2 < 4 \end{cases} $$ Первое неравенство $y < x^2 + 1$ задает множество точек, расположенных строго ниже параболы $y = x^2 + 1$. Вершина этой параболы находится в точке $(0, 1)$, а ее ветви направлены вверх. Поскольку неравенство строгое, граница (сама парабола) не входит в искомое множество и на графике изображается пунктирной линией.
Второе неравенство $x^2 + (y-1)^2 < 4$ задает множество точек, расположенных строго внутри окружности с центром в точке $(0, 1)$ и радиусом $r = \sqrt{4} = 2$. Поскольку неравенство строгое, граница (сама окружность) также не входит в искомое множество и изображается пунктирной линией.
Решением системы является пересечение этих двух областей. Это часть внутреннего пространства круга, которая находится ниже параболы.
Ответ: Искомое множество точек — это область внутри окружности $x^2 + (y-1)^2 = 4$, расположенная ниже параболы $y = x^2 + 1$. Границы областей (окружность и парабола) не включаются в множество.

Нам необходимо найти все пары целых чисел $(x, y)$, удовлетворяющие системе неравенств. Из второго неравенства $x^2 + (y-1)^2 < 4$ следуют ограничения на возможные целые значения $x$ и $y$.
Так как $x^2 \geq 0$ и $(y-1)^2 \geq 0$, должны выполняться условия $x^2 < 4$ и $(y-1)^2 < 4$.
Для целых $x$ из $x^2 < 4$ следует, что $-2 < x < 2$, то есть $x \in \{-1, 0, 1\}$.
