В треугольнике $MBD$ угол $\angle MBD$ является углом между сторонами $MB$ и $BD$. Так как $MB \perp BD$, то $\angle MBD = 90^\circ$.
Треугольник, один из углов которого равен $90^\circ$, называется прямоугольным. Таким образом, треугольник $MBD$ является прямоугольным.
