Для доказательства данного равенства воспользуемся свойством радиус-вектора середины отрезка. Если точка $M$ является серединой отрезка $PQ$, а $O$ — произвольная точка пространства, то радиус-вектор точки $M$, проведенный из точки $O$, можно выразить через радиус-векторы точек $P$ и $Q$ следующим образом: $\vec{OM} = \frac{1}{2}(\vec{OP} + \vec{OQ})$.
По условию задачи, точки $A_1$, $B_1$ и $C_1$ являются серединами сторон $BC$, $AC$ и $AB$ треугольника $ABC$ соответственно. Применим указанное выше свойство для каждой из этих точек, выбрав точку $O$ в качестве начала отсчета радиус-векторов.
1. Для точки $A_1$, середины стороны $BC$, имеем:
$\vec{OA_1} = \frac{1}{2}(\vec{OB} + \vec{OC})$
2. Для точки $B_1$, середины стороны $AC$, имеем:

В результате получаем:

Мы получили, что левая часть исходного равенства равна его правой части, что и требовалось доказать.
Ответ: Доказательство приведено выше. Равенство $\vec{OA_1} + \vec{OB_1} + \vec{OC_1} = \vec{OA} + \vec{OB} + \vec{OC}$ является верным для любого треугольника $ABC$ и произвольной точки пространства $O$.
