Для построения касательных к окружности в заданных точках A и B, необходимо использовать основное свойство касательной: касательная к окружности перпендикулярна радиусу, проведенному в точку касания.
Пусть у нас есть окружность с центром в точке О (если центр не указан, его можно найти, например, как точку пересечения серединных перпендикуляров к двум любым непараллельным хордам). На окружности отмечены точки А и В.
Последовательность действий для построения касательной в точке А (для точки В действия аналогичны):
- С помощью линейки соединяем центр окружности О и точку А. Получаем отрезок ОА, который является радиусом окружности.
- Берем угольник и прикладываем один из его катетов (сторону, образующую прямой угол) к радиусу ОА.
- К другому катету угольника плотно прикладываем линейку.
- Крепко держим линейку, чтобы она не сдвигалась, и перемещаем (скользим) угольник вдоль линейки до тех пор, пока его первый катет не окажется на точке А.
- Проводим прямую вдоль этого катета через точку А.
Построенная прямая будет перпендикулярна радиусу ОА в его конце, лежащем на окружности. Следовательно, эта прямая является касательной к окружности в точке А. Обозначим ее $a$. Таким образом, $a \perp OA$.
Точно так же строим касательную в точке В:
- Проводим радиус ОВ.
- Прикладываем угольник и линейку к радиусу ОВ так же, как в шагах 2 и 3.
- Перемещаем угольник вдоль линейки до совмещения его катета с точкой В.
- Проводим прямую через точку В вдоль катета угольника.
Эта прямая (обозначим ее $b$) будет касательной к окружности в точке В, так как по построению она перпендикулярна радиусу ОВ ($b \perp OB$).
Ответ: Касательные в точках А и В построены путем проведения прямых, перпендикулярных радиусам ОА и ОВ в точках А и В соответственно, с использованием линейки и угольника.
